China Is the Second Largest Economical Powerhouse in the Rank List
It has been reported that china is the second largest economical powerhouse in the world. China bypassed Japan in the growth of GDP (Gross Domestic Products) this has been established after publication of statistics of GDP of Japan. In fact the USA is in the top of this list. According to economics analysts China will be in the top in GDP within a decade and they apprehended she could bypass the USA also. In a cabinet meeting of Japan said that the GDP of Japan was $1.29 trillion dollar and at the same time the GDP of China was $1.34 trillion dollar. International Monetary Fund (IMF) hopes at the end of the year 2010, GDP of China will be $5.4 trillion dollar and GDP of Japan will be $5.3 trillion dollar and at the same time GDP of USA may be $14.8 trillion dollar, who holds the first position.
Official of China said that the growth of GDP was 10.3% during the 2nd quarter i.e. March to June’2010; whereas it was 1.1% of Japan during the same period. But it decreases to 0.1% in April to June. According to economic analysts, Export Income of Japan decreases in recent years resulting from much stronger Yien against US dollar. So the growth decreased seriously. On the other hand export of China increases unbelievably. In the last July’2010 alone the export income of China was 28.7 billion dollar. The chief controller of monetary of China said to the magazine “China Reform” that China already bypassed Japan in export earnings.
According to IM statistics the GDP of USA, Japan and China were 14.3, 5.1 and 4.9 trillion dollar respectively. IMF has fixed probable GDP of USA, Japan and China is 14.8, 5.3 and 5.4 trillion dollar in 2010. International economist said that although USA is far ahead in the race of economy, they believe that the unbelievable growth of China is decreasing this distance between the two countries. They think that within one decade China will be number one economical powerhouse in the world.
